These Purchase Terms apply to all purchases of credits on x-novels.com. Credits (❤️ hearts) are used to unlock or read certain content or other paid parts of the Service.
When you purchase credits and use them to access content, you immediately begin consuming the digital content. Under Swedish consumer law (Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act) and EU rules for digital content, you lose the right of withdrawal when delivery begins with your express consent and you have confirmed that you waive the right of withdrawal.
Prices are shown including VAT (25% in Sweden). Payment is processed via Stripe.
Credits are personal and non-transferable. They have no expiry date unless otherwise stated. Credits are not refundable after purchase (see section 2 regarding withdrawal).
Refunds are only issued in case of technical errors that prevent you from using credits/content. Contact support within a reasonable time.
You have the right to complain if the service is defective under consumer sales law. Complaints must be made as soon as possible, no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.
